The Inflatable Container Door Tarp System represents X-Pak's advanced solution for cargo protection in shipping containers, specifically engineered for situations requiring enhanced load restraint capabilities. This innovative system combines traditional tarp protection with integrated dunnage bag technology to address the unique challenges of securing cargo positioned further from container doors.

Designed for heavy-duty applications including palletised loads, this system excels where standard door tarps may be insufficient. The integrated dunnage bag component allows the system to effectively manage larger gaps between cargo and container doors, typically 50cm or greater, whilst maintaining optimal load security throughout transport.

Installation involves positioning the tarp system across the container opening and applying hand tension to the integrated lashing belts. Once positioned, the large air chamber is inflated, automatically applying additional tension to the lashing system and creating a secure barrier that prevents cargo movement and protects against goods falling when container doors are opened upon arrival.

The system's dual-action approach provides both immediate physical restraint through the tarp barrier and dynamic load securement through the inflatable component. This makes it particularly suitable for mixed loads, irregular cargo shapes, or situations where traditional restraint methods may be inadequate for maintaining load integrity during sea, land, or intermodal transport.
